An introductory training program on "Coding" was conducted to equip youth with the necessary digital skills to keep pace with the technological revolution and become more employable, addressing a critical skills gap in Pakistan's youth workforce.
The training program introduced youth to the current industrial trends, potential careers, and scopes related to programming/coding. 89 youth from Sindh were trained in the program, most of whom were females. The program helped the trained youth in polishing their resumes with skills that are desirable by employers with more digitally advanced workplace operations, and activities.
